For us to isolate the issue, we'd like to know the following information:

Did you get any error messages when you tried adding this game? If so, kindly provide us the error message or a screenshot of it.
Do you encounter the same issue when trying to add another game aside from Escapists?

If yes, then there might be an issue with the Xbox App. Try to uninstall the app and then re-install it again.

It did not give me any error messages and where the add game part is it did not show up, I do not have any games to add to the app where you need to add it but I will try to reinstall it.

When I try to delete it so I can reinstall it will not let me delete it even if I go to the area in settings where you delete apps.
